We sure had some busy and well-spent days, went on an urban discovery, which is quite easy with the metro and visited the CBD, the Marina Bay, Mount Faber, the Botanical Gardens, the Gardens by the Bay, etc. So we also walked a lot of kilometers. It was not only concrete jungle we saw, we also enjoyed some nature. When the lights went on at night, it surely was a feast for the eye. That is of course the beautiful part of a city. Singapore is a mixture of different cultures, which makes the offer of food more varied. So we got to enjoy some culinary treats like dosa's, chai tea and pad thai. Singapore was definitely a nice change and in our opinion a positive experience.
A week was enough to spend in a metropolis with all the luxury at reach. And our wallet got depleted as well. During our stay we also arranged a new visa for Indonesia. Still so many islands left to visit, let's see how much we can see in 60 extra days.
